5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every pair you receive. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Key conditions include:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn outdoors, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We recommend trying shoes on indoors first to check the fit.

• For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they show signs of wear or odour.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
